The Role

As General Manager, youll take full ownership of the day:to:day running of the cafÃ, leading a passionate team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every time. Youll combine commercial awareness with strong people management skills to drive performance, profitability, and team development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Confident in managing budgets, stock, and P and L performance .
• Experienced in training, developing, and motivating teams to deliver excellence.
• Dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards across service, presentation, and operations.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety and food hygiene compliance .
• Passionate about great coffee, quality food, and genuine hospitality .
• A strong communicator who leads by example and thrives in a fast:paced, high:energy environment.
• Experienced in managing high:volume cafÃs or restaurants is highly desirable.
