In your role as aGeneral Managerthe buck stops with you on the performance of your restaurant. You are responsible for the daily operations of your restaurant & team. We want you to meet all those KPIs we always talk about (Stock & Waste Management, Team Development, Labour, Conversion, SLC and Guest Feedback) while creating a positive working environment, where guest experience is consistently brilliant and making sure your team and restaurant are safe.
