General Manager - New Steak & Grill Restaurant - Wolverhampton Area

A brand-new Steak and Grill restaurant is opening on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of this exciting new venture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader who wants to treat the restaurant as their own — with real autonomy, a profit share scheme, and the chance to be part of something special from day one.

As part of your onboarding, you'll also spend a week in Spain at one of our sister venues — all expenses paid — to immerse yourself in the brand and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front: You'll be the driving force behind the restaurant, inspiring your team and setting the tone for excellence.
  • Setting up the restaurant to deliver from day one
  • Take ownership: Oversee every aspect of the operation — from service and staffing to standards and sales.
  • Deliver excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience, every time.
  • Build and motivate: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across both FOH and BOH.
  • Run a slick operation: Maintain top standards in food safety, compliance, cash handling, and cleanliness.
  • Drive growth: Use your commercial acumen to boost revenue, manage costs, and grow the business.
