• Lead the end‑to‑end Levy operation across the venue, overseeing all hospitality, retail and event catering.
• Drive commercial performance, identifying new revenue opportunities and optimising profitability across multiple outlets.
• Lead, inspire and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and growth.
• Build strong relationships with our client and key stakeholders, ensuring Levy is seen as a trusted strategic partner.
