Responsibilities

• Manage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of vending and staff dining.
• Lead an innovative and controlled product range.
• Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme working with an experienced Barista team.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
• Ensure client expectations of food and food service are delivered and measured.
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client.
• Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff.
• Ensure all staff comply with health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with the European Hub of the client's business.
• Innovate and drive excellence.

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to work with us at workplace site in Ware.,

Responsibilities

• Manage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of vending and staff dining
• Lead an innovative and controlled product range
• Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme working with an experienced Barista team
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured and are in line with the CH&CO brand
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the fixed budget parameters
• Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff in the business and the Head Chef
• Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety
• Effectively communicate with the European Hub of the clients business
• Innovate, have fun, drive excellence
