Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role.

General Manager – London

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to mobilise a new brand new B&I contract in London.

Location: London, EC2M 3AB

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week shifts between: 7.30am - 4pm, 8am - 4.30pm

Rate of Pay: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and manage a team of 6
  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
  • Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
  • Ensure excellent service provided for on site hospitality and events
  • Manage a delivered in catering operation
Our Ideal Candidate will have
  • B&I contract catering experience
  • Will be hands on and a manager who can lead from the front line
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team and client leadership skills
