The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead one of London’s most exciting Michelin restaurants, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the leadership team. It’s a group role with real scope for growth and influence.

The restaurant is known for its creativity and warmth, delivering Michelin-level hospitality in a relaxed, inviting setting. Alongside running daily operations, you’ll oversee a thriving events arm of the business, ensuring each experience feels seamless and special.

This role would suit an ambitious General Manager with Michelin experience who understands what it takes to elevate a restaurant from one star to two. You’ll lead a talented team of around 15, build strong relationships with the kitchen, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A stable and proven track record as a General Manager, essential Michelin or fine dining.
  • Confident in wine knowledge and experienced working alongside sommeliers.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding – comfortable owning the numbers.
  • Passionate about developing people, leading from the front, and creating a culture of excellence.
  • A hands‑on problem solver who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience managing high‑end or exclusive events is a plus.
  • Above all, someone genuine and down‑to‑earth, no egos, just high standards and personality.
