• Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team.
• Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
• Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long‑term business goals.
• Conducting regular one‑to‑ones to drive individual performance.
• Thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.
