About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Hospitality General Manager to lead a village-owned, not‑for‑profit members club in Belbroughton. This is a hands‑on management role with full lunes responsibility for daily bar and food operations, staff leadership, financial control, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day‑to‑day hospitality operations
  • Recruit, train, and lead a front‑of‑house and bar team
