Azura is a Mediterranean restaurant, bar, and lounge offering a unique experience with dining and DJ entertainment. We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Azura, which features over 150 covers across two floors, a VIP roof terrace, and an outdoor area.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the smooth operation of daily activities
• Paying close attention to guest needs to ensure a high‑quality experience
• Managing daily restaurant operations, including ordering food and drink supplies
• Preparing bills and processing payments efficiently
• Ensuring that all budgets are adhered to and not exceeded on a weekly basis
