Overview

Position Summary: The GM of FOWLCO provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Responsible for revenue growth, efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, the GM also ensures FOWLCO aligns with group-wide objectives.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Set strategic goals and lead FOWLCO to achieve group-aligned objectives.
  • Act as the primary representative for external partners, regulators, and customers.
  • Direct daily logistics, warehouse, and transport activities for maximum efficiency.
  • Optimize fleet utilization, driver compliance, and warehouse management.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all maritime, HSE, and transport laws.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate managers and staff to build strong teams.
KPIs
