An excellent opportunity for an Operations Director, Operations Manager or General Manager with a proven background in highly regulated engineering environments, seeking a senior site leadership position within a global organisation.

This is a genuinely autonomous role with full accountability for the site's operational and commercial performance, including complete P&L ownership. You will take a leading role in shaping and executing the site strategy, driving operational excellence and delivering sustainable improvements across productivity, efficiency, profitability and overall business performance.
