Mitchells & Butlers plc's Harvester - Whiteley is seeking a hands-on General Manager to build a thriving guest-focused site. You’ll lead a team, drive performance and deliver memorable dining experiences across our rotisserie chicken and grill offerings.

You’ll be accountable for operations, guest care and achieving targets, while nurturing a supportive culture, promotion of brand standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality service across shifts.
