General Manager - 45-50k plus bonus - Live in available

We're looking for a General Manager for the Hand and Spearin Weybridge. The pub is located a stone's throw from Weybridge and has a large car park beside it which gives it huge opportunity to be a destination pub.

The pub is a firm favourite with commuters a perfect spot for family gatherings and for those exploring leafy Surrey who want to stay overnight. The pub comes with 12 guest bedrooms.

We're looking for a people-focused guest centric General Manager who cares deeply about delivering exceptional premium service and a fantastic guest experience. The pub has several bookable spaces as well as outside areas and there is plenty of potential to grow sales. We're looking for an experienced operator who is happy being the face of the business for this gem of a pub.
