We are recruiting for The Chieftain, a McMullen pub since 1924, re-built from scratch and reopened in 2011 and recently refurbished to bring its’ true character to life.

Location and Style

The Chieftain has a real community feel about it with regular quiz nights; live music events and charity darts matches. Whether you’re dining alfresco on the heated patio or inside by one of the roaring fires, our fabulous, friendly team make this the perfect local for eating, drinking and being merry.

The pub sits within the Macs Classic concept, and we are looking for a manager to maintain the excellent standards already in place and to drive sales. The Chieftain has a solid foundation with a fantastic management team and gives the right candidate the opportunity to showcase their skills to drive the business forward.
