We’re now looking for an experienced General Manager with strong kitchen operations knowledge and the ability to oversee both our restaurant and our casual garden spaces. You’ll lead a passionate team, uphold high standards, and drive both guest satisfaction and commercial success.
As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for venue operations — managing the 2 AA Rosette restaurant and casual outdoor garden areas with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability with a particular focus on kitchen ops.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Operations Director to align the kitchen, front of house, and garden teams, ensuring a consistent and memorable experience for every guest.
