Operating a fleet of over 40 vehicles, including refrigerated trucks and trailers for chilled, frozen, and ambient goods, MacLennan Distribution expanded its capacity and service reach with the acquisition of Waltons of Oban in April 2022 & Mull Building Supplies in 2025. The General Manager will lead and coordinate the Management Team to ensure efficient, reliable, safe, and profitable distribution services. They will drive operational excellence and cost efficiency while ensuring the company meets its lifeline obligations to remote customers and maintains compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for achieving the company’s Vision, upholding its Values, and implementing strategies that support sustainable growth and high service standards.
