General Manager : Sports and Leisure Venue

Location: Kent

Salary: A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 45,000+

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead the day:to:day operations of a large, purpose:built sports and leisure venue. This role requires a hands:on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, driving service excellence and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high:performing team across multiple departments.
• Manage budgets, P and L performance, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to uphold standards and engage customers.
• Work with marketing and events teams to drive sales and grow the business.

Experience and Attributes
