A leading automotive business in Scotland seeks a General Manager to inspire a team and drive business growth. This role requires experience in managing automotive retail or franchised motor dealerships. You'll enforce policies, train site managers, and ensure exceptional customer care. We are looking for a General Manager to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow and develop the business within the defined region and maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures. You'll increase management’s effectiveness by training, coaching and counselling site managers and colleagues whilst communicating values, strategies, and purpose.
