We are looking for a General Manager to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow and develop the business within the defined region and maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures. You'll increase management’s effectiveness by training, coaching and counselling site managers and colleagues whilst communicating values, strategies, and purpose. Responsibilities
  • Inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow and develop the business within the defined region.
  • Maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Increase management effectiveness by training, coaching and counselling site managers and colleagues.
  • Communicate values, strategies, and purpose across the team.
Qualifications
  • Team player with a positive attitude to achieve high standards of customer care.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of sales, service and support colleagues in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Experience managing a franchised motor dealership or a similar automotive retail business in Scotland or the north of the UK.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and profitability improvements within a motor dealership environment.
