Job summary

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a General Manager – Head of Sales & Operations in Milton Keynes. You will own the P&L of a £7m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group, driving turnover, margin and operating costs with strategic leadership.

The role offers £90,000 basic salary with a £130,000+ package, plus profit share, executive company car, Bupa and a 6% pension. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, shaping growth and governance.

As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £7m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.

Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
