The Restaurant Group Limited is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across our diverse UK brands, including Wagamama and Barburrito. You’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding our values of care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and hospitality environments.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Ability to interpret P&L and translate into actions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple brands (Wagamama, Barburrito and other outlets).
• Coach and develop crew to achieve high levels of service and teamwork.
• Interpret P&L data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Foster a culture of care, collaboration and respect throughout the team.
