About The Role

Position Details:

• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (flexible between the hours of 6am and 10pm)
• Location: Leon, Ludgate
• Contract Type: Permanent

About the role:

As a LEON General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your site. You’ll lead by example, energising your team and creating a warm, welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring it runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with LEON’s mission and standards.

Key Responsibilities
