We're looking for a General Manager for a Community pub with carvery and hotel. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Sessile Oak is an impressive and popular pub in Llanelli. Based on a busy retail park, opposite Parc Y Scarlets Rugby Stadium. Inside there is a large L-shaped Bar, 285 Cover Dining Area. Outside is a large car park, spacious beer garden and small children’s play area. The Sessile Oak also boasts a 27 bedroom Hotel Lodge. Day-to-day there is a very strong Carvery operation in the pub, but can also be very wet led on major events and match days.

The Sessile Oak is currently taking an estimated weekly average of £35,000 in weekly sales, with an average mix of Food 50%. Wet 25%. Hotel 25%. We are looking for an experienced General Manager capable of managing a multifaceted business - ideally with previous Carvery and hotel experience.

Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom.
