Job summary

Harvester Brayford Wharf is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy site, drive guest experiences and deliver strong financial results. You will coach the team, foster a collaborative culture and ensure the restaurant delivers consistent, high-quality food and service aligned with brand standards.

The role offers full-time hours with a salary up to £45,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including discounts, private medical & dental, pension, and employee support services.
