The Bootlegger Bars opened their first location on Gloucester Road in Bristol 29,307 days after the end of prohibition. Since then, the brand has expanded to Womanby Street in Cardiff, Fore Street in Exeter, and Middle Street near Brighton seafront. The Bootlegger Bars are known for their lively atmosphere and celebration of the repeal of prohibition, continuing to thrive in multiple cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at The Bootlegger Bars, located in Leeds. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, vendor relationships, and marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.
