About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll be the guiding presence of the restaurant — setting the tone for the day, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, genuine experience Fego is known for.

You will lead with heart, but also with structure, bringing clarity, calm, and confidence to daily operations.

• Lead daily service and operations with ownership and confidence
