Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. is opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant in Inverness, UK.

As General Manager for the New Store Opening, you will be accountable for launching and leading the new location, building your team, and establishing culture and operating standards from day one. You will recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff, oversee sales and costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership experience and ability to drive results.
• Experience in new store openings is preferred.
• High energy and ownership mindset; able to build teams from scratch.

About theRole

Somethingexciting is coming! We're opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant! As a GeneralManager for a New Store Opening, you'll have full accountability for launchingand leading a brand-new restaurant. From building your team to setting theculture and establishing ways of working, you'll play a key role in bringingthe brand to life in a new location.

You'll takeownership of all aspects of the business, from driving sales and controllingcosts to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Leading from the front,you'll recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring therestaurant is set up for long-term success from day one.

This is ahands-on, high-impact role where you'll shape the direction of your restaurant,build a strong team culture, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironment.
