A leading motor retailer group is seeking a highly motivated General Manager for their Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. This role focuses on exceeding customer expectations and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a dealership's Retail and Aftersales departments, along with a proven track record in customer satisfaction and leadership. This position offers a competitive salary with an OTE of £135,000 and various benefits including holidays, pension, and staff discounts.
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results driven General Manager for our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. This is a very exciting time to be joining the brand with some exciting line‑up updates planned for 2026.
To reflect the importance of this role it comes with an excellent basic salary with an OTE of £135,000 plus benefits, including a Land Rover company car. Whilst this title may differ from franchise to franchise the responsibilities for the role do not vary. Reporting to the Land Rover Head of Brand you will take overall responsibility for the performance of the Dealership.
