Sticks’n’Sushi in London is seeking a General Manager to steer our premium, high-volume restaurant with a guest‑first mindset, shaping every moment from service to ambiance. You will safeguard our distinctive culture, coach a diverse team of Fish, and drive financial and operational performance while delivering consistently memorable hospitality to every guest.

At Sticks'n'Sushi we serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. Attracting both families and trendsetters, amazing service in beautiful restaurants is driven by our amazing team - our 'Strange Fish'.

We’re looking for a General Manager of unique skills. You’re a trusted senior, taking the initiative and setting the tone to create a seamless operation. Yet you’re also keen to shape the individual culture of your location and deliver memorable experiences for our Guests and your Fish (the wonderful team) alike.

• A track record of excellence as a General Manager, ideally in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant

• A fiery spark that ignites the creativity of your team to make your restaurant something special in its own right
