Slim Chickens in the UK is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, motivate a kitchen and front-of-house team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting.

You will drive sales with fresh ideas, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, foster a fun, collaborative environment, and build strong guest relationships while managing costs and team development.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership for the day to day leadership of the restaurant and team
