Position: General Manager

We seek an experienced General Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, staff management, strong financial performance and compliance with health & safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall store profitability, aligning sales targets and innovating growth.
  • Train, develop and day‑to‑day manage the team, embedding Urban Greens culture.
  • Deliver customer service excellence, resolving conflicts with a customer‑first approach.
  • Monitor feedback, implement improvements and maintain high food quality and health‑safety standards.
  • Control costs, manage COGS and labour, evaluate supplier performance and uphold brand reputation.

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full‑time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: From £30,000 yearly
