We're looking for a General Manager for the Grand Junction Arms in Harlesden in the new year. This is a real destination social pub. It has a great intimate bar area, a generously sized dining room and a terrace space that can be indoors or outdoors (with walls and a retractable roof). Aside from that it has a MASSIVE beer garden, complete with bookable huts, canal side tables - there's even a stage (and a late outdoor entertainments licence!)
The perfect pub for a creative sales driver who has volume experience, is driven to maximise sales, and above all else ensures that every visit to the Grand Junction Arms means our guests leave planning when they'll visit again. You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
