£60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team to achieve consistently high standards.
• Support the strategic planning and recruitment of new team members for the upcoming site, working closely with senior stakeholders to build an elite team
• Collaborate with a team of 50+ culinary and service professionals to deliver fine dining–level experiences.
• Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion and care.
• Drive operational efficiency and structure while maintaining a warm, human approach.
