We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our new multi-floor Jamie’s Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.

As General Manager, you’ll bring energy, experience, and leadership to one of London’s most exciting new openings. You’ll set the tone for excellence, shaping a culture of warmth, teamwork, and world-class hospitality in the heart of the West End.

About the Role

• Lead and inspire your management team and front- and back-of-house colleagues.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with the Jamie’s Italian UK brand.
• Take full responsibility for operational performance, sales, and profit targets.
• Champion our AIM HIGH values and create a culture where people love to work and guests love to dine.
• Partner closely with the kitchen leadership team to ensure consistency and excellence across all floors.
