We’re looking for a General Manager for a seasonal, community pub in Great Yarmouth.

Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and generous benefits.

About the pub

The Grayling is a food-driven, seasonal pub located in the heart of the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

The pub is currently delivering weekly sales of £25,000 split 70/30 with trade peaking in the busy summer months.

The Grayling is family-driven, welcoming locals from the surrounding areas as well as tourists. It benefits from a large car park, kids play area, and offers a classic pub menu as well as carvery deck.

With a full senior team in place, this successful pub is set up for a win - but the seasonality of the trade means it requires an experienced, food-driven General Manager who can tap into trade throughout the year whilst maximising sales during the busy summer months.
