About You
  • Passionate and vibrant personality, lead from the front, a real people person who cares for the guests, team and experience.
  • Clear track record of running a site and/ or fresh food restaurant and delivering training and support to managers and team members
  • Able to run all different aspects of hospitality, (and reception for rooms site), with a proven record of leadership skills
  • 2-3 years of experience, as General Manager, with knowledge of branded operations
  • Taking on all the responsibilities of your site with an understanding of HR, financial aspects and KPI requirements of running a site
