A leading elderly care provider in the UK is seeking an experienced General Manager for their Carrstone House Care Home in Downham Market. You will lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care, manage staff recruitment and budgets, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience and possess a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification. They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award‑winning team as General Manager at Carrstone House Care Home in Downham Market, Norfolk.
As a General Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person‑centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, retention and development of staff, managing costs and budgets, and ensuring regulatory and statutory standards are met.
