A historic brewery company located in Deal, Kent, seeks a General Manager to lead a team at the Royal Hotel. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or service background and will focus on customer satisfaction and growth while creating an inclusive culture. Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.
As an ambassador for our brand, you will create an inclusive culture within the business, leading and developing your team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity. With the support of your Operations Manager you will strive to achieve key business objectives within your individual site whilst delivering continued growth, customer satisfaction and success.
