A leading holiday company in Coleford, Gloucestershire is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to sustainability. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 and a vibrant work environment surrounded by nature.
Location: Forest of Dean – Coleford, Gloucestershire
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full‑time – 40 hours per week
Days of Work: Shifts vary Monday to Sunday on rolling rota.
We will be holding an on‑site assessment day for this role on Tuesday 18th November. Applications must be submitted by Monday 10th November to be considered.

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our Forest of Dean location, leading a talented on‑site team and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. You’ll balance hands‑on leadership with strategic thinking, driving financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and sustainability.
You’re a natural leader with a strong background in hospitality, leisure, or tourism management. You thrive on responsibility, bring energy and positivity to your team, and have a sharp eye for both guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
