Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Manor Farm's performance. You'll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take full ownership of the site's operations during this pivotal period.

  • Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention.
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site's P&L.
  • Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with pride.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
  • You’re a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles—ideally within a branded operation.
