Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Manor Farm's performance. You'll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take full ownership of the site's operations during this pivotal period.
- Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention.
- Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site's P&L.
- Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.

- Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- You’re a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles—ideally within a branded operation.
