Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: Owls Play Centre Fairlop Waters Country Park, Forest Rd, Ilford IG6 3HN
Surrounded by the beautiful scenery and open waters of Fairlop Waters, Owls Play Centre is a large indoor play centre jammed with fun and adventurous activities for children. The play centre is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for a dynamic General Manager who is willing to lead the business and team to success.

Job Requirements
  • To carry out day to day duties, including end of shift procedures.
  • To grow the business and implement a revenue strategy.
  • To manager staff to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
  • To deal with complaints and incidents when they occur.
  • To oversee Food and Beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
  • To have a good understanding of IT systems to manage bookings, memberships, and sales.
  • To ensure the venue is running to a high standard and to customer satisfaction.
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience of working within a customer facing role and play centres.
  • Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements.
