A leading luxury care home provider is seeking a General Manager to lead a team in delivering person-centred quality care while meeting regulatory and performance targets. The ideal candidate has over four years of experience, relevant qualifications, and excellent leadership skills. A competitive salary of £73,000 to £75,000 is offered for this full-time, permanent role based in London.

As a General Manager you will:
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
• Oversee ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff.
• Act as the focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
• Ensure safe staffing levels and manage costs within budgetary controls.
• Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
