Overview

General Manager role at itsu. You are accountable for the success of your shop, with success sitting within four key pillars: People, Hospitality, Quality and Profitability.

Responsibilities
  • People: Develop your team and lead a confident management team to create a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Focus on clear succession for all roles in-store, be responsible for well-planned rotas, and manage all employee relations issues in line with our policies.
  • Hospitality: Drive hospitality by putting customers and employees at the heart of everything you do, and train your team to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Quality: Ensure all shop operational standards and compliance with itsu Food, Health and Safety procedures, and continually focus on the quality of the food your kitchen team produces.
  • Profitability: Maintain a strong understanding of your P&L and overall shop financial performance. Develop a strategic mindset to grow sales and maximise profitability in collaboration with your management team.
