We're partnering with a well‑established, high‑growth processor in South Wales to appoint a General Manager who can lead from the front, drive performance, and shape the next phase of operational success.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a fast‑paced, branded and own‑label food business with deep roots in the UK retail and foodservice sectors. The Role

• Full site leadership across production, engineering, planning, technical, and H&S
• Drive operational KPIs, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team across all functions
• Collaborate with commercial and NPD teams to deliver customer excellence
• Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and quality and help set the business up for future, long term success

• Proven track record in food manufacturing leadership, with P&L responsibility
