About The Role

General Manager - BrewDog St Andrews

We’re now looking for a General Manager to lead our St Andrews bar and take it to the next level.

As General Manager, you’ll lead from the front. You’ll set the tone for exceptional service, inspire and support your team, and make sure every guest leaves with a story worth sharing. You’ll also take full ownership of the bar’s performance, driving sales, managing costs, and building a motivated, happy team that loves what they do.

You’ll be working with an experienced management team and a crew of passionate people across the kitchen, floor, and bar, your role is to bring them together, help them grow, and make sure everyone has the tools and confidence to deliver great service every day.

About You

You’re a natural leader who values people and loves the buzz of a busy venue. You know how to bring out the best in your team and make sure every shift runs smoothly, no matter how lively it gets.

You Will Also

• Have solid hospitality management experience in a similar operation.
• Build strong relationships with your team, your guests, and your local community.
• Be commercially savvy and understand how to run a successful venue.
• Be passionate about craft beer (or keen to learn!)
