A leading hotel in Scotland is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and foster a high-performing team. You will ensure standards of comfort and safety are maintained while managing budgets and HR matters. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent management and people skills. The role includes a competitive salary and benefits such as flexible shift patterns and employee discounts.
Hours of work are 48 hours per week over 5 days these will include weekends on a rota basis.
