What Your Role will involve:
  • Ensure through regular monitoring that standards of comfort, atmosphere,cleanlinessand safety aremaintained.
  • ,Ensure as a minimum that budgeted expectations are met through monthly and weekly reviews of all sales and expenditure items and continual action to remedy problems and maximise opportunities.
  • Operational forecastingin order toensureoptimummanpowerlevels.
  • Predicting highs and lows in the business andinitiatingappropriate actionplans.
  • Recommending capital expenditure to make product improvements and to ensure compliance with Health and Safety.
  • Communication of compliance requirements with team asappropriate viacoaching,trainingand operations manuals.
  • Development of promotional activity to stimulate trade and ensure competitive advantage.
  • To develop a high performing team to meet the current and future challenges of the business.
  • Management of all HR related matters.

Hours of work are 48 hours per week over 5 days these will include weekends on a rota basis.
