Job summary

A leading electrical services firm in Barnston is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across the UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience, a Level 5 qualification in Business Management, and a strong commitment to customer service and compliance. You will manage and motivate staff, conduct performance appraisals, and support HR functions.
