Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and spiritual growth?

We’re seeking a dynamic Centre Manager on behalf of our client, to lead the operations of a peaceful and purpose-driven retreat centre

This unique centre offers a sanctuary for spiritual reflection, personal development, and community connection. As Centre Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure every guest experiences the warmth, safety, and serenity the centre is known for.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, bookings, and guest services
  • Leading and developing a diverse team
  • Overseeing budgets, procurement, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and licensing
