Job description

We are currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Operative for our well-known client in Hull.

This is a hands-on role - helping to upkeep and maintain the Estate.

This role is ongoing for up to 6 months.

The rate of pay is £12.85 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8am to 4pm.

Your Typical Daily Duties:

1. General Estate cleaning - sweeping, emptying bins, blowing leaves
2. Manual tasks, such as digging and lifting, requiring physical fitness
3. Assisting contractors with various tasks
4. Minor Repairs, depending on skill level

Our Ideal Worker:

Applicants should have experience in similar roles and possess tickets for equipment such as strimmers and hedge trimmers. Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and physical fitness are essential, as there will be some heavy lifting involved.
