My client is a leading foam and fibre filling manufacturer based in Oldham, specializing in the production of mattresses, seating, and other specialist foam products.

They are currently seeking General Labourers to join their team at the Oldham site.

Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, ideally within the foam industry.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Physical Capability: This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so candidates should be physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work.
  • Attitude: We are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals with a positive, can‑do attitude.
Main Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to feed raw materials for the production of foam-based products.
  • Handle associated packing duties to prepare finished products for dispatch.
  • Ensure goods are properly prepared and ready for delivery.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Shift Pattern
  • Monday to Thursday: 14:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Friday: 14:00pm - 18:00pm
